My background lies extensively in Corrective Exercise, Rehabilitation, Holistic Nutrition, and improving Athletic Performance.
My job is to train you, so you can train and look after yourself. Neither nutrition, nor exercise, alone is enough. To be successful at achieving and maintaining optimal athletic performance, health and wellbeing, rehabilitation, and overall lifestyle change, your approach has to be an holistic one. Therefore, to attain the best results, I will be covering all aspects of health and wellbeing.
This process will involve a musculoskeletal assessment, where posture will be analyzed, muscular length tension relationships investigated, and if necessary strength tests will be carried out.
I will also conduct a physiological load assessment where I will investigate what you eat, when you eat it, how you digest it, your stress levels, sleep and wake cycles, and more. I will be looking into this deeply to ensure the most efficient and effective road to overall health and wellness.
