My Personal View

I began delving into weights and general conditioning when I was 16. My interest in the field of health and fitness, and optimizing ones self, spurred me on to many things. I went to university and completed a BSc in Psychology, with the intention of going into sports psychology.
It was near the end of this degree that my involvement in my martial art was beginning to dominate my time and mind. With more time spent pursuing a high level of conditioning, and helping others do the same, the progression to personal training happened naturally.
The attributes I gained from twelve years of metabolic conditioning, competing in, and coaching martial arts, and my passion for sports psychology helped me develop a unique approach to exercise.
My aim is to help my clients understand exercise more so that they may look after themselves safely and productively.
My hope is that my rational philosophy of exercise will aid in them becoming an ultimately independent and smart exerciser!
In saying that, knowledge is limited to the questions asked, so take some responsibility and ask questions!
